We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order confirmation

Once your return request is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted

 

Refunds are processed promptly, typically within a maximum of 14 calendar days after we receive the returned items. Once we've received and inspected the returned items, we'll initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund timeline may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. For Personalized Items:

 

Please note that products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized, such as customized or branded MGNTIC items, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means that once personalized items have been ordered and processed, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless they are defective
