Caring for MGNTIC

MGNTIC contains neodymium magnets that may rust when exposed to water. Therefore, we've meticulously designed MGNTIC with a water-repellent nylon fabric that is easy to maintain. Please Avoid machine washing; simply wipe with a damp cloth to maintain its neat and fresh appearance.
To remove dirt marks, wash MGNTIC with mild detergent using a soft brush or sponge. After washing, hang it in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight to dry. This care routine will help preserve the quality and longevity of your MGNTIC pouch.

If something gets stuck in the MGNTIC zip, avoid yanking it forcefully. Instead, apply a small amount of oil or clear lip balm to loosen the zip. Then, gently attempt to open and close it. Maintaining clean and lubricated zippers is essential for their longevity. A helpful tip is to brush the zip with a toothbrush and a few drops of oil (avoid cooking oil, as it can become sticky when drying) or wax. This care routine ensures smooth operation and extends the lifespan of your MGNTIC pouch.

Magnets are resilient but can be fragile when subjected to significant impact. While MGNTIC magnets are durable, they may break under extreme force. However, even if damaged, the magnet will continue to function. If such an incident occurs, please don't worry. Simply contact us, and we will promptly replace the broken MGNTIC part so you can continue to enjoy its full functionality without any concerns.

Magnets are sensitive to heat; exposure to high temperatures can cause them to lose strength and become less effective. To maintain the optimal performance of your MGNTIC pouch, avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or exposing it to direct heat. When not in use, ensure to connect all the parts of your MGNTIC pouch together. This allows the magnets to be attracted to each other, thereby gaining strength from the magnetic field and ensuring the most efficient functionality.
