MGNTIC was conceived by industrial designer Lihie Schori in 2019 to address a common issue faced by many women: the lack of adequate pockets in clothing. She recognized the inconvenience and safety concerns associated with small or nonexistent pockets, especially when carrying essential items like phones or keys.

As a proponent of independence and accessibility, Lihie sought to create a solution that would allow individuals to carry their essentials comfortably and securely without the need for a bulky bag, while also avoiding any damage to clothes caused by holes or stitches. Moreover, as a fashion-forward individual with a keen awareness of sustainability, Lihie aimed to design a product that not only served a practical function but also made a statement in terms of style and versatility.
